Our Sensei

Growing up in a karate household, the son of Master Robert Fusaro, Master Sensei Michael Fusaro has been training and teaching karate for over 40 years. A 10+ time National Champion and top 10 World Championship competitor, he is widely regarded as one of the best senseis in the country. His teaching is sought by advanced (high level black-belt) students and beginners alike. A gentle and compassionate teacher, Michael creates a safe environment for the karate student to grow and learn. Driving for excellence and caring about each individual’s improvement, he provides a difficult-to-achieve balance of karate guidance, challenge, inspiration, and specific individualized instruction during each class.
